How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please send an email to lumi@24hcustomerservice.com. In your email, include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may result in delays or loss of your package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your original payment method.
